Director, People Operations (Hyper-Growth)

Fluidstack in Austin, Texas is seeking a senior People leader to build and lead the people function through rapid headcount growth. You will design systems, programs, and teams to scale fast, while putting AI at the core of people operations and keeping processes simple and effective.

You will partner with leadership on org design, leveling, and culture, own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, and oversee employment compliance across states and countries as sites multiply.
