Director, People & Culture Strategy

Universal Music Group seeks a Director, People Business Partner to lead the PIC function for multiple units in Santa Monica. You will advise senior management on policy, staffing, compensation and culture, while driving organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.

You will coach leaders, manage employee relations, and partner with the Learning team to drive development and succession planning across the organization.
