Responsibilities
- Serve as the clinical and academic leader for the subspecialty of Pediatric Anesthesia
- Provide expert oversight and coordination of complex pediatric anesthesia care, serving as the primary clinical resource
- Shape future anesthesiologists within the ACGME-accredited residency program through direct teaching, supervision, and curriculum development
- Drive the development and expansion of ambulatory pediatric anesthesia services
- Innovate to enhance patient access and meet community needs
- Serve as a faculty leader and mentor within an ACGME-accredited Anesthesia Residency Program
Requirements
- MD/DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology
- Board Certification or eligibility in Pediatric Anesthesiology
- New York State medical license
- A strong passion for teaching, mentorship, and resident education is essential
- Demonstrated leadership experience
