This role develops and executes payer-specific sales strategies, builds executive-level relationships, and manages the full sales cycle with health plans, managed care organizations, and insurance carriers across the United States.The Director serves as a consultative sales leader, identifying market opportunities, navigating complex payer procurement processes, and positioning language access solutions that improve member experience, regulatory compliance, health equity, and operational performance. You will be expected to come into an AMN Healthcare office at a frequency dependent on the work arrangement for your role.Pay Rate$101,000 - $126,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.
