Director, Patient Services Operations & Launch Readiness

DBV Technologies seeks a Director of Patient Services Operations to design, build, and scale the patient services hub for a major launch. You will own daily operations, copay and PAP programs, and vendor relationships, collaborating across cross-functional teams in a lean environment.

You will drive launch readiness, SOP development, and program enhancements while ensuring HIPAA/compliance and optimized patient experiences in a fast-moving setting.
