Clinical Management Consultants seeks a Director of Patient Safety and Risk Management to lead a culture of clinical excellence at a respected Southern California medical center.

Reporting to senior hospital leadership, you will head patient safety and risk programs, regulatory readiness, event review, root-cause analysis, policy development, staff education and quality improvement while collaborating with nurses, physicians, pharmacists and administrators.
