Director, Partnerships (Fully Remote)

• Direct fundraising efforts to secure catalytic capital from philanthropists.
• Oversee donor engagement and maintain CRM records.
• Represent Prime externally as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• 10-12+ years of experience in fundraising or impact investing.
• Proven track record of securing multi-million dollar gifts.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Team Management:

• Lead and develop a team of 2-5 members.
• Serve as strategic thought partner to senior leadership.
• Liaise with program-specific teams on campaigns.
