Role

Lead our Co-Op and Incentive operations, driving strategic oversight and building high-performing teams across multiple client programs. You’ll thrive in an environment where outcomes matter more than effort, AI powers everything we do, and automation eliminates manual work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Co-Op and Incentive operational functions with strategic oversight and KPI optimization
  • Build and develop high-performing teams of managers and supervisors across client programs
  • Drive operational efficiency metrics and quality control standards that exceed expectations
  • Establish and manage OKRs framework across Operations organization
  • Establish SOC controls and internal audit compliance across Operations organization
  • Analyze operational data to identify cost savings, process improvements, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Directors on new business opportunities
  • Conduct quarterly control assessments and implement remediation plans
  • Create scalable processes, training programs, and documentation for rapid team expansion
  • Demonstrate measurable productivity gains through AI tool adoption and automation
  • Execute with speed and bias for action, making fast decisions with short feedback loops

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 6+ years operational management experience with P&L accountability
  • 2+ years advertising/marketing industry experience
  • Proven track record building and scaling high-performance operations teams
  • Experience establishing and managing OKRs framework
  • Advanced analytics and data-driven decision making capabilities
  • Experience with SOC controls, compliance, and internal audit processes
  • Executive presentation skills and cross-functional collaboration expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes (not just activity)
  • Comfort with AI tools and proven productivity gains through technology
  • Strong bias for action with end-to-end ownership mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in channel partner ecosystems, dealer networks, and vendor management
  • Background in Co-Op marketing and incentive program management
  • Track record of operational transformations and change management initiatives
  • Proficiency with business intelligence platforms and operational analytics tools
  • Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other operational excellence certifications
  • Supply chain management and cost optimization experience
  • History of AI implementation, workflow automation, and digital transformation
