Director, Onboarding & Compliance Platform

Circle (NYSE: CRCL) is leading the internet financial platform space, building a global economy through digital assets and programmable blockchain. This role leads the strategy and execution for Circle's onboarding, compliance, and risk platform, owning the end-to-end product vision and building a team to deliver it.

You will set and own multi-year strategy balancing internal stakeholders with external customers, ensuring regulatory soundness, scalability, and commercial viability across the
