Snowball is seeking a Director to own the creative vision for YouTube content made for top brands. You will shape video concepts before shooting, direct on set, and guide the edit to ensure a single, strong creative POV from concept through final cut.
You will collaborate with producers, strategists, editors, and channel leads to develop formats, set the creative bar, and scale channels with repeatable, high-performing structures.
