You will oversee CMPs, risk mitigation, QA/QC, and safety, managing multi-year programs through CMAR, design-build, and design-bid-build delivery methods.
The role requires 10–15+ years in the field with at least 5 years in leadership, PE preferred, and a strong track record with tunnels, pipelines, and treatment facilities.
