Director of Wastewater & Effluent Management

HDR seeks a WTEM/Basic Director to guide HDR's wastewater treatment and effluent management program. The role leads technical staff, coordinates with market sectors, and drives strategic planning to deliver high-quality, compliant services across HDR’s national footprint.

You will mentor technical leaders, oversee project planning, and participate in business development and client relations, while ensuring adherence to HDR’s standards and culture of employee ownership and inclusion.
