Director of UX Design - Player-Coach for AI-Driven Apps

ADP, Inc. seeks a Director of UX Design to lead a small design team, establish governance, and contribute hands-on across AI-powered HCM platforms. You will balance big-picture strategy with pixel-level critique, moving between senior stakeholders, engineering, and your designers.

In a startup-like, enterprise context, you’ll build processes, maintain a high design bar, and drive GenAI-enabled experiences that users can trust while guiding cross-functional partners to scale impact.
