Director of UUV Programs & Growth

Huntington Ingalls Industries’ Uncrewed Systems (UxS) division seeks a Director of Programs 2 to guide the UUV business with end-to-end program leadership, cost/schedule oversight, and strategic execution. You will manage P&L, build a high-performing team, and coordinate with Unmanned Systems and Business Development to expand the pipeline and deliver innovative autonomy solutions.

This role requires senior management experience, the ability to obtain security clearance, and a strong
