Director of UAS Flight Operations

DEXA, a fast-growing last-mile logistics company using airborne autonomous drones, seeks a Director of Operations to lead flight operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with the FAA. This is a full-time on-site role in Dayton, OH.

The successful candidate will manage RPICs, oversee scheduling and training, and ensure efficient, compliant operations under 14 CFR Parts 119, 135, and 107, reporting to the President and aligning with company safety standards.
