Director of Treasury

Location: Flex (onsite expectations, will need to sit in Orlando)

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate: $120k - $130k

Must-Haves:

• 8 years of relevant experience
• CPA and/or MBA
• Relationship building (internal and other departments)
• Demonstrates metrics and experience in high level treasury departments

Plusses:

• 10 years of relevant experience
• TMS experience
• HFMA background
• Healthcare or non profit exp

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is seeking a treasury director for a healthcare system in Orlando, FL. This individual will oversee 3 staff members (1 senior treasury analyst and 2 treasury analysts). They will manage cash, work closely with appx 6 banks, process fund transfers and keep journal entries. This is a hands on role, so the ideal candidate must have a strong accounting foundation, preferably from a change agent role with TMS (treasury management system) experience. The organization is beginning a business transformation tied to the ERP, so someone with experience building up derivatives and hedging is also preferred.
