Director of Treasury Operations

Seeking a hands-on Director of Treasury & Financial Operations, this full-time remote position will manage daily treasury operations, architect scalable funds flows, and drive cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced FinTech environment. Key responsibilities Architect and implement scalable funds flows and operational workflows for new FinTech products Oversee daily operations of the analyst team, managing responsibilities and ensuring seamless execution Own daily treasury operations, including high-volume wire transfers, ACH movements, and cash reconciliations Required qualifications 8-10 years of experience in financial operations or treasury within a fast-paced FinTech or high-growth financial services company Proven experience designing payment infrastructure and navigating modern payment rails (Wires, ACH, etc.) Experience in SOX-compliant environments Demonstrated capability to mentor and guide team workflows through functional leadership A hands-on professional with sharp risk judgment under tight deadlines
