Director of Transportation — Lead a High-Impact, Hybrid Team

VHB seeks a Director of Transportation in Wethersfield, CT to lead the transportation department’s day-to-day operations. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and designers, strengthen client relationships, and drive backlog growth in alignment with VHB’s strategic vision.

You will oversee financial performance, staffing, workload, and QA/QC across the department while partnering with office leadership to enhance VHB’s local presence and growth.
