Director of Training and Readiness

Owning the strategy and execution of the Guide Training function, the full-time remote Director of Training and Readiness will manage the development of training programs, oversee readiness standards, and ensure continuous improvement in training outcomes for Guides serving members. Key responsibilities Develop and implement the operating plan for Guide Training, including ramp design and delivery standards Set and maintain readiness standards for Guides during their first 90 days, ensuring competency verification and successful transitions to member interactions Lead a team focused on curriculum development, measurement of training effectiveness, and continuous improvement based on outcome metrics Required qualifications 8+ years of leadership experience in operational training or enablement, including managing teams Proven track record of building measurable training functions from the ground up Experience using outcome metrics to inform training design and operational programs Strong ability to prioritize and manage demand in a high-volume environment Fluency with AI tools to enhance training effectiveness and measurement
