This leader oversees strategy and execution across direct mail, digital fundraising, email marketing, and donor segmentation, ensuring a cohesive, data-driven approach to donor acquisition, retention, and upgrades.

The Director will manage the full annual campaign lifecycle—from planning through creative development, execution, analysis, and optimization—workingcollaborativelyacross the organization and with key vendors to strengthen the donor pipeline and support the organization’s broader philanthropic priorities.
