Director of Technical Services

Leading a cross-site technical services strategy, the full-time salaried Director of Technical Services will manage technology transfer, cleaning validation, and process validation while providing hands-on troubleshooting support across multiple manufacturing sites in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead technology transfer of new products and processes between manufacturing sites, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production Oversee the cleaning validation program, authoring protocols and managing ongoing verification efforts across all sites Serve as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting process deviations and driving continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or compounding, with expertise in technology transfer and validation processes Demonstrated knowledge of 503A/503B operations and regulatory guidelines such as USP and FDA's Process Validation Guidance Strong experience in root-cause investigation and corrective action planning in a regulated environment Proven ability to manage and develop teams across multiple sites, with experience in remote collaboration
