I’m working with an established marketing agency to hire a Director of Technical Project Management to join their team!
Location: Chicago, IL - 2x a week onsite

About the role:
- Lead enterprise-wide technology programs across multiple functions.
- Oversee 10–20 programs and ~$30M in annual spend.
- Manage and develop a team of four Project Managers and Resource Analysts.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive priorities and decisions.
- Improve PMO governance, reporting, and delivery performance.
Experience:
- 15+ years in technology program delivery; 5+ years managing teams.
- Experience leading complex enterprise technology transformations.
- Strong budget, resource, risk, and portfolio management skills.
- Proven executive communication and PMO governance experience.
- Strong people and vendor leadership; PMP/PgMP or Agile certification preferred.
