Director of Tech Operations & Security Modernization

PadSplit is seeking a Director of Technology Operations to lead QA, IT & internal tooling, and Security. You’ll inherit existing teams and modernize how they work: moving QA toward automation, IT toward proactive enablement, and Security toward a structured, risk-based program.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll set strategy and own outcomes across all three areas, while staying close enough to the work to review test architectures, challenge vendor renewals, or lead an incident review
