CPA Firm in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, with diverse Client base is seeking to expand its staff due to upcoming retirements. This opportunity includes potential for ownership if desired.

• CPA License
• Masters of Tax or LLM Tax, preferred
• 7-15 years of recent public accounting experience, with a strong emphasis on taxation
• In depth tax planning experience with individuals, closely-held businesses, S-Corporations, Partnerships, LLCs and Estates and Trusts (note: we are looking for more than a tax preparer)
• Demonstrated ability to work through complex tax situations and perform meaningful tax planning, which may result in tax savings when appropriate
• Supervise and review staff work
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Proven tax research experience
• Prior experience with the following software: ProSystem and UltraTax
• Team builder
• High quality client service
