To support a growing talent acquisition function, the full-time remote Director of Talent Acquisition will lead a team of recruiters while personally managing complex hiring initiatives and driving improvements in recruiting strategy across senior technical and leadership roles. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of three recruiters while managing an active recruiting portfolio for senior-level roles Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand business needs and drive successful hiring outcomes Implement recruiting process improvements and leverage AI to enhance recruiting effectiveness and team productivity Required qualifications 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including team leadership in professional services Proven success in recruiting senior technical talent across engineering, cloud, AI, and data environments Experience managing a team while maintaining hands-on recruiting responsibilities Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruiting decisions Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
