Mekanism is seeking a Director of Systems & Operations to own the agency’s day‑to‑day tools, workflows, and processes. You will guide the evolution of our operational backbone across creative, strategy, production, and business teams, including an agency‑wide rollout of AI features in Google Workspace.
You’ll report to the COO and work cross‑functionally across every department, driving efficiency, reliability, and secure practices while enabling scalable growth and responsible tool use.
