This person will be responsible for leading procurement, sourcing, distribution, logistics, and supplier strategy across the organization. You'll partner closely with Culinary, Operations, Marketing, Development, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure the restaurants have the right products at the right cost from the right partners.The Director of Supply Chain Will Be Responsible for the Following:Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support the restaurants' continued growth and long-term business objectivesOptimize sourcing, procurement, distribution, and logistics programs across multiple marketsManage a $50M+ purchasing portfolio across food, packaging, smallware, and operational categoriesEnsure contract compliance, service excellence, inventory optimization, and operational readinessDevelop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that improve visibility and performanceThe Director of Supply Chain Should Have the Following Qualifications:10+ years of progressive supply chain experience within multi-unit restaurants, foodservice, hospitality, or related industries5+ years leading teams and supplier relationships at scaleDeep expertise in restaurant purchasing, procurement, sourcing, distribution, and logisticsAdvanced Excel and ERP/MRP systems experienceStrong knowledge of food and beverage supply chains and commodity markets
