Requirements

• 10 years of experience in production operations and/or production management including budgeting, scheduling, and effectively collaborating across departments at all levels of a production company or studio.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement efficient processes.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel (e.g., data manipulation, building reports). AI literacy required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong relationship management and the ability to foster and sustain a positive, high-performing work culture; highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Exceptional presentation skills with keen attention to detail, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally, maintain a positive work culture and effectively navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate a “no ego” mentality; resilient, eager, and professional approach to challenge and desire to advance in the organization.
• Ability to work at the highest strategic level and in a granular capacity, bringing analytic problem solving to the table along with the deep collaboration skills needed to work in a matrix environment.
