Leading strategic sourcing excellence for Project Delivery Services (PDS), the full-time remote Director of Strategic Sourcing will establish vision and direction for sourcing initiatives, optimize cost efficiency, and drive organizational development through cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities Own and execute comprehensive PDS strategic sourcing strategies to optimize total cost of ownership across client portfolios Transform and scale the PDS strategic sourcing organization through collaboration with corporate sourcing and project management teams Provide strategic oversight of RFP processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management frameworks across the enterprise Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10+ years of progressive strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership experience 5+ years of experience in construction management or related industries Deep expertise in construction management with knowledge of project delivery methodologies Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with procurement platforms and data analytics software
