Director of Strategic Impact & Capacity Building

African Communities Together seeks its first Director of Impact and Capacity Building to guide strategy, programs, and learning across the organization. This role will partner with leadership, staff, community partners, donors, and board members to strengthen ACT’s impact and institutional capacity.

The Director will lead data analysis, program development, process improvement, and program evaluation while nurturing organizational learning and culture.
