Leading a team of strategic engagement leads, the full-time Director of Strategic Engagement will drive customer success and commercial outcomes in a remote environment by managing key accounts and fostering long-term relationships. Key responsibilities Manage a team of 4-5 strategic engagement leads while directly overseeing 1-2 accounts Serve as a consultative advisor to clients, ensuring alignment of products and services with their strategic objectives Lead business-relevant functional projects that promote growth and scalability within the organization Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in healthcare technology and customer-facing roles 4+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry (preferred) Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders Experience in RWD health analytics, CROs, or systems integrators in the healthcare sector Understanding of drug development and/or clinical trials
