Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive staff development programs to improve job performance and job satisfaction
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions
- Collaborate with department leaders to create a training strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local educational institutions and professional organizations to provide opportunities for staff development
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a related field
- degree in a relevant field LVN or RN
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective staff development programs
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
