You will lead four feature teams, and shape how engineering is structured, hired and developed. Own engineering delivery from roadmap through release Hire and develop talent and set the engineering practices and standards Drive practical adoption of AI across the product and the engineering lifecycle
Experience leading product engineering teams within a SaaS environment Proven people leadership: hiring, developing leaders and managing performance Strong technical credibility across cloud-native architecture, APIs and event-driven systems Java and Spring Boot, TypeScript and React, Kafka, AWS and Kubernetes (adjacent backends welcome) Senior Engineering Managers ready for their first Director role are encouraged to apply
