Leading the technical and delivery direction of the Software Engineering practice, the full-time remote Director of Software Engineering will ensure delivery excellence, team development, and organizational maturity while shaping technical vision and overseeing client engagements. Key responsibilities Contribute to the technical vision and establish engineering standards for modern application development on Azure Provide oversight for key client engagements, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives Develop and mentor managers and senior engineers, fostering high-performing teams and a culture of collaboration Required qualifications 14+ years of experience in application development and/or software engineering, with significant hands-on experience in cloud-native solutions 5+ years of experience in application architecture and leading development teams Expertise with a major cloud platform, preferably Azure, including deploying and operating production workloads Demonstrated success in leading large, complex client engagements with a focus on delivery quality and client satisfaction Strong background in modern software engineering practices, including familiarity with DevOps and integration patterns
