Director of Snowsports Instruction & Programs

Mt. Baker Ski Area seeks an Instruction Department Manager to lead the programs and people who introduce guests to skiing, snowboarding, and the mountain environment.

This role offers the chance to shape a strong, established department and contribute to snowsports education within an independent ski area. Here, strong leadership, operational, administrative, and program-development experience are essential; snowsports industry experience is preferred.
