Leading the SEO strategy for a portfolio of orthodontic and dental partners, the full-time Director of SEO will manage the SEO Team Leads across two brands, merging operations into a unified model while driving organic outcomes, client retention, and innovation in AI-search visibility remotely. Key responsibilities Own the topical/authority roadmap, technical standards, and GEO/AEO direction for both brands Oversee rankings, traffic, and organic-lead outcomes, ensuring partner retention across the portfolio Lead the integration of SEO processes and tools, managing escalations and the function's voice to leadership Required qualifications 2+ years as a Director of SEO or equivalent at a similarly sized agency, managing multi-client SEO across 500+ accounts Direct experience unifying SEO across two brands into a single operating model 6+ years in SEO with expertise in technical, content/on-page, off-page/links, and local/GBP 2+ years of experience leading other managers Strong command of measurement tools and emerging SEO strategies, particularly GEO/AEO
