Director of Security & Safety

Andy Frain Services is looking for a highly motivated individual to manage a Security contract. Oversees Supervisors and staff, responsible for performance, service and budget, and maintains safe environments. Establishes relationships with police and fire departments and facility teams, while upholding core values and training compliance.

Leads security programs, reports, and daily logs; supports staff development and client satisfaction across assigned accounts.
