Director of School Operations & Finance

Highland Hall Waldorf School seeks a Business Director to oversee the school’s administrative arm, ensuring delivery of its educational mission. The role includes budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, benefits, bookkeeping, admissions support, and facilities management.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial management skills, experience with Waldorf settings, and able to work with the Pedagogical Chair and Finance Committee.
