Director of School Operations & Facilities

BASIS Goodyear is seeking a Director of Operations to join our team. The role supports the Head of Operations, manages vendor relations, purchasing, and technology, and serves as the primary operations contact for the school.

Qualified candidates will oversee payroll coordination, facilities, and asset management, while ensuring safety and compliance with BASIS Ed mandates. A Bachelor’s degree and HR/financial experience are preferred.
