Director of School Facilities & Operations

Boston Public Schools is seeking an Executive Director of Facilities Management to provide leadership over maintenance, operations, planning, and major capital projects across 125 facilities. The role reports to the Chief of Operations and focuses on safety, cleanliness, and a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's in a related field and at least ten years in facilities management, with strong budgeting, team leadership, and negotiation skills.
