Director of School Engagement & Fundraising

The American Heart Association in Minnesota is seeking a Development Director, School Engagement, to drive fundraising with K-12 programs across multiple schools and districts. You will lead volunteer recruitment, engage families, and manage school partnerships while ensuring strong customer service and robust data across CRMs and MS Office.

You will travel regionally to engage with schools, manage accounts, and coordinate events, with flexible hours to align with school schedules and activities.
