We are recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognized top-10 general contractor seeking a Director of Scheduling. This leader will oversee enterprise-wide scheduling and support large, complex projects—particularly in the data center sector, as well as other commercial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead scheduling strategy, standards, and processes across multiple regions and projects.
- Develop and maintain baseline and master schedules from preconstruction through completion.
- Provide schedule analysis, risk forecasting, and recovery planning for active projects.
- Support pursuit efforts and project planning with accurate schedule insights.
- Mentor and develop a team of schedulers to ensure strong consistency and performance.
- Present schedule reporting and metrics to project and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction scheduling experience with major commercial projects.
- Proven expertise in data center construction scheduling.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of critical path, sequencing, and risk analysis.
- Experience influencing project strategy and collaborating with executive leadership.
