Our client is seeking a results-oriented Director of Sales & Marketing to lead census growth, community outreach, and strategic marketing initiatives in Central Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
- Lead the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in
- Build relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners
- Track leads, tours, conversions, and other key metrics
- Develop outreach, events, advertising, and marketing initiatives
- Coach and develop sales team members
- Identify opportunities to increase market visibility and census
- Represent the community throughout the local market
Qualifications:
- Proven sales and marketing leadership experience
- Senior living experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success achieving census, occupancy, or revenue goals
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting
- Results-driven and strategic mindset
