This is a cornerstone executive-track position with a defined growth path to Vice President of Sales & Operations. The role is designed for an accomplished senior sales design manager ready to step into company-wide leadership - a demanding position with rewards to match.Key Responsibilities- Oversee overall company sales, driving revenue growth and performance across the team.- Cultivate new business and expand Marquis' presence in the high-end residential market.- Hire, train, and develop new sales design associates, building a best-in-class team.- Oversee design practices across the company, setting and upholding the standard for luxury kitchen and bath design.- Lead the engineering department, demonstrating expert-level command of Cabinet Vision software.- Oversee the installation management team to ensure flawless project delivery.- Own company scheduling, keeping projects on track from design through installation.- Cultivate client relationships and deliver a world-class customer experience.Qualifications- 15+ years of proven experience in the custom cabinetry industry, including senior management of sales and design teams.- Expert knowledge of Cabinet Vision and engineering workflows.- Senior-level kitchen and bath design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating luxury residential projects.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the high-end market.- Experience hiring, training, and developing sales and design professionals.- Strong business and financial acumen.- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to balance strategic vision and day-to-day execution.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a trusted partner to ownership.Compensation & BenefitsFinal salary and benefits are tailored to the strength and experience of the individual.- $125,000 starting salary.- Performance-based bonuses.- Profit sharing.- Company vehicle.- Health, dental, and vision insurance.- Paid time off.- Relocation assistance.- Defined growth path to Vice President of Sales & Operations.Location & RelocationThis position is located in Destin, FL.
