Director of Risk Management & Compliance (Reston)

Stanley Martin Homes, headquartered in Reston, VA, is creating a dedicated risk management function. The Director of Risk Management will lead this new function across homebuilding, mortgage, title, and related business lines.

This role reports to the Chief Legal Officer, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Accounting, HR, Construction, Land, Purchasing, Safety, and operations to protect assets, reduce losses, and improve processes. Exceptional candidates may be considered at VP level.
