Director of Risk, Compliance & Ethics - Americas

FTI Consulting is seeking a Director of Compliance to oversee risk, compliance, and ethics programs for North America and Latin America. The position is located in Washington, DC and involves collaboration with business units to ensure adherence to compliance strategies and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Risk & Compliance, including significant leadership experience. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a JD is preferred. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

This hybrid role offers a compensation range of $145,500 to $241,500, based on experience and qualifications.
