A growing, product-driven SaaS company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to build out and lead their billing function. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who lives and breathes subscription billing, not just managing a queue, but architecting the infrastructure behind it.
What you'll own:
- End-to-end quote-to-cash, from quoting through renewals and churn
- Billing integrity, audit controls, and revenue recognition compliance
- Integration across billing, CRM, and ERP platforms
- A growing team, with real input into process and standards
What you bring:
- 6-12+ years in SaaS billing ops, subscription management, or revenue ops
- Prior people leadership (on and offshore)
- Deep expertise in a major billing platform
- Able to work directly for a US-based employer
