Leading the enterprise analytics vision and strategy, the full-time Director of Revenue Cycle Analytics will manage a high-performing analytics organization remotely, focusing on delivering scalable insights and enhancing financial and operational outcomes through advanced analytics and product leadership. Key responsibilities Set the enterprise strategy and roadmap for revenue cycle analytics across various stakeholders Build and lead a high-performing analytics organization while advising on performance and growth opportunities Deliver scalable analytics products, dashboards, and self-service capabilities to improve decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management, including at least 5 years in a management role Experience with Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and/or Epic Clarity preferred
