Director of Respiratory Care - Long-Term Care Leadership

Hickory Creek of Athens is seeking a Director of Respiratory Therapy for our long-term care facility in Ohio. You will lead the Respiratory Team, managing ABG analysis, heated high-flow therapy, and ventilator support, with responsibility for hiring, training, and department leadership.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary staff, develop care plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a high-quality resident experience and staff development.
