Responsibilities

• Senior on‑site leader responsible for overall operations of a full‑service independent resort
• Oversees key departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Recreation, Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing
• Establishes and implements independent operational standards, processes, and best practices to elevate consistency and performance
• Drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team engagement
• Leads and develops a high‑performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability and exceptional service
• Provide strategic direction for revenue, sales, and marketing to achieve growth and brand positioning goals
• Champion innovation, guest experience enhancements, and new revenue opportunities
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics to maximize profitability
• Build strong relationships with community partners while ensuring compliance
